These guys are a bunch of criminals. Their affiliate policy states that a publish can't spam and can't do PPC. Well we don't do either and our first two comissions with them were reversed! We sent them an email asking why but they never replied. Apparently other affiliates have had the same problem since their 7 day reversal rate is get this: 225%! Yet another shady Shareasale merchant. Avoid at all costs!

Another one of these thieves who steals commission from affiliates by voiding transactions with bogus reasons such as "Violation of Merchant Affiliate Policy Sale" (there is no "merchant affiliate policy"). Lame!

Voided my first commission with the reason of "repeat customer". Funny thing is this is my first sale with them. They say that it's because the customer had bought from them before. There's nothing on your affiliate agreement terms that says anything about repeat sales not allowed. Thief!

These thieves prefer to give commission to their in-house affiliate program members instead- check out the response we got after asking why our first commission with them was voided: "User signing up clicked on our in house affiliate program and then saleasale. Only 1 credit is given." Our response: "Shouldn't the last click receive the credit?" Their reply: "As far as I can tell our affiliate link was the most recent click made prior to signing up." Er.... Yeah- whatever dude. Avoid this affiliate program at all costs!

This merch lowered our commission first from 25% to 10% and then dropped it to 0.1% without any notification we only found out after making sales. I sent the merch an email asking why but no reply. Affiliates beware.

My Randall Scott Cycle Affiliate program complaint is- these guys will steal your commission so join their program AT YOUR OWN RISK! What they do is void your commissions with the reason of "CANCELED ORDER". We got suspicious when all 3 of our sales (all on separate days) were canceled last month, each with the same "cancelled order" reason. And they simply ignored our emails for explanations. Avoid this dishonest merchant!!!

STAY AWAY from these thieves! They will void your commission for lame reasons. I made 7 sales for them and they took the commissions away right before they locked. Also they will ignore your emails so you're SOL.

These guys are thieves. They will void your sales and say that either the customer canceled the order or give some other bogus reason like the sale came from their Adwords campaign instead, even though the user obviously clicked through your link.
