Around since 2004, Health Plan One has had very little competition in the market, providing online health quotes, plans and comparison charts, allowing us to grow quickly while being calculated.

Conversion rate from phone number entry to finished application is around 25%, which is in part due to our timely calls to the consumer if they are struggling through the application.

RESTRICTIONS:
US health insurance only
* This means health insurance applications for: Individual, family, self employed and students.
* You may NOT perform insurance activities on behalf of Health Plan One.
* NO discount health plan offers through our links.
* NO incentive offers to consumers to complete applications through our links.
PAYOUT:
$60 per submitted application, which is when the consumer hits the submit button
BONUS: for the rest of 2008, an additional $20 per completed application for trying us out!
Locking Period - Standard
Customer completes an IFP- Individual and Family Major Medical Health Insurance Application.
A completed application for health insurance is defined as a Customer that:
* Correctly completes an application online
* Clicks on the "submit" or any button or prompt required to submit the application online.
